N2  - The texts which written by mecmua compilers and diwan copyists are basic sources for Turkish classical literature researchers. However, some ghazels refer to multiple poets in mecmuas and diwans. For this reason, if we want to find the real owner of a ghazel, we must approach to these sources carefully.The ghazel, which numbered 95th in the Harfu’l-Ya part of the Hayali Bey’s Diwan was introduced to Rahiki’s famous ghazel in some sources. The 96th ghazel, which stands in the same part with 95th gazel is also XCII numbered ghazel in Diwan of Figani. There are only small word differences between this ghazels. In this work, we expressed our opinions about who is the real owner/owners of this ghazels could be. Thus, we aim to bring this matter to the attention of scientists.Sources of ghazels and transcript differences have been compared to find out whose ghazels these are. Also, ideas and predictions about poets of this ghazels have been indicated.
