N2  - BothCzarist and Soviet Russia have implemented a serious destruction policy againstnational and moral elements. Especially, they have targeted at the people andworks that conscious of the people and who lead and guide the young people tothe historical consciousness from past to the future. Arstanbek, after theinvasion of the Russians, while demonstrating the responsibility of telling allthe repression and genocides on the one hand and conveying it on the nextgenarations; on the othe hand he was making a good effort to bring, togetharthe Kyrgyz Turks who search the liberation hope in unity and solidarity withother Turkish tribes and to show resistance against the Russians. Because ofthese reasons, he has been one of the most affected by these policies. He nevergave up on the facts he knew.
