N2  - Termofilikmayaların izolasyonu için Aydın ili Buharkent ilçesi Bereket Jeotermaltesislerinin çevresindeki toprak ve su örnekleri materyal olarakkullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler ve analizler sonucunda, izolatların %98 ve%99 gibi değişen oranlarda belirli türlerinin ITS1 ve ITS2 bölgeleriylehomoloji gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.Bu türlerin GenBank’ta kayıtlı Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain levure 23, Candida albicans,Candida albicans strainm74a, Cyberlindnera jadinii strain ATCC 22023, Saccharomycescerevisiae, Kluyveromyces marxianus strain P2, Pichia manshurica strain h79b, Candida glabrata strain 86A adlı maya suşları olduğu belirlenmiştir.
