Araştırmada örgütsel sinizmin nekadarının liderlik stillerine bağlanabileceği irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır.Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modeline göre yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışmagrubu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen ve Kayseri’de bulunan beşortaokulda çalışan toplam 142 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Örgütsel sinizmibelirleyebilmek için, Örgütsel Sinizm Ölçeği, okul yöneticilerinin liderlikstillerini belirlemek amacıyla Çok Faktörlü Liderlik Anketi (MLQ 5x-short)kullanılmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişki için korelasyon katsayılarıhesaplanmış, değişkenlerin birbirlerini etkileyip etkilemediğini ve açıklamagücünün ne olduğu ise çoklu regresyon analizi ile ortaya konmuştur. Araştırmabulgularına göre, okul yöneticileri çoğunlukla dönüşümcü liderlikdavranışlarını sergilemektedir. Dönüşümsel liderlik boyutu ile örgütselsinizmin, bilişsel ve davranışsal boyutları arasında ters yönlü anlamlı birilişki bulunmaktadır. Yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda, dönüşümcü liderliğinörgütsel sinizmin bilişsel ve davranışsal boyutları üzerinde etkisi anlamlıdır. CR - Andersson, L. (1996).
