In this study, the frequencies and displacements of micro and nano scaled graphene sheets are obtained by using higher order elasticity methods. The surrounded medium is modeled via Winkler-Pasternak elastic foundation. Nonlocal elasticity theory is used to consider the size-effect. Both the Navier and Discrete singular convolution methods have been sued for solution. The effect of size-effect with other parameters on vibration and bending is investigated.
