N2  -  In recent years, the provision and the finance of health services havebeen started to debate with the initiation of health reforms. This has causedan increasing attention to health economics. In this study, health economicsand the market for health services are presented with their peculiarcharacteristics. In sum, due to both the interdisciplinary structure of healtheconomics and the characteristics of health services market such as uncertaintyand externalities health economics differs from the mainstream economics.
