N2  - This material is a professionalattempt to bring in a honest way the chronology of the development of theeducation in Albania, Italy, Former Yugoslavia, Germany, Former Czechoslovakiaand Romania during 1925-1939 years. Without tackling the political, social, economic, and governanceof these countries, it is worth mentioning that the educational systems of thecountries mentioned above, at this time have many meeting points belonging toelements and joint educational indicators. One of them was that during theperiod 1925-1939 many Albanian youngsters either had studied or were studyingat universities of these countries.Author through using of research methodologyin historical & official documents in Central State Archive (CSA) in TiranaAlbania, combined with analyzing and scientific review of diverse documents,studied in many of books and issued by internet, that elaborates presents commonfeatures of educational developments in this period in these countries.
