The angles between the experimental axis set and the actual axes were determined. Molecular binding coefficients for each paramagnetic centers and powder form calculated. The values obtained from the spectras, in the regions where the </span> <span lang="en-us" style="font-size:10pt;font-family:’Times New Roman’, serif;" xml:lang="en-us">Cu <sup>2+ </sup> </span> <span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:’Times New Roman’, serif;">ions are located, it is concluded that the neighbors of the paramagnetic centers are the rhombic symmetry (low symmetry). Similar measurements were made for the powder form of the V <sup>2+ </sup> transition metal ion doped potassium sulphate complex. According to the datas obtained from the powder spectrum,itis concluded that the neighbors in the region where the ion is placed are compatible with the axial symmetry. Also g and A values were obtained for this structure. </span> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>}, number={2}
