In this regard, firstly relationship between transformationalleadership and positive psychological capital was scrutinized, and then withinthis relation if education level of the paticipants have a mediator affect onthis variables was analized. The sample consist of 278 white collar employeeswho work in Turkish Standarts Instution. The number of participant is 278 whohave made survey. The participant were applied questionnaires relatingto demographic variables of the employees, transformational leadership and positive psychological capital. Theresults of the study were analyzed by using IBM SPSS 22.0 statistical packetprogram and AMOS. In this analysis of the data; frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, PearsonCorrelation analysis and hypothesistests were used. The results of the study reveal a significant relationshipbetween transformational leadership and positivepsychological capital.
