Çalışmada, freeze-dry tekniği ve fırın kurutma olmak üzere ikifarklı yöntem denenmiştir. Freeze-dry tekniğinde fikosiyanin miktarı %27,3olarak belirlenmiştir. Fırın kurutma yönteminde ise diğer gruba kıyasla %35,4oranında fikosiyanin kaybı gözlenmiştir.
