The proposedmodel is simulated in LTSPICE simulator by using Taiwan SemiconductorManufacturing Company 0,18μm CMOS technology. DTMOS structure allows theoperation of the circuit at lower power about 4,95nW. Operating frequency ofnotch filter consisting of the DTMOS-FCS circuit is set up to suppress theundesirable effects of power-line interference on the electrocardiographsignals. CR - [1] W.
