However, as opposed to traditional comprehensive Raman microscopes,samples were found to be coated as thin films on certain substrates. The effect of dispersingmedia, such as water and dimethylformamide (DMF) and the effect of surfactants such assodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and Triton X-100 on the dispersion stability were tested.Substrate material on which the dispersion was dried, was demonstrated to be crucial in termsof the film homogeneity and spectrum repeatability.
