N2  - Psödoanjiyomatözstromal hiperplazi (PASH) meme bağ dokusunun benign proliferatif lezyonlarındanbirisidir. Endotel benzeri iğsi hücrelerle döşeli yarık benzeri psödovasküleralanlarla karakterizedir. Meme eksizyonu ve jinekomasti piyeslerinde sıklıklainsidental olarak görülse de nadiren klinik bir sorun olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır.Bu olgu sunumunda PASH nedeniyle aşırı derecede bilateral meme büyümesiile kliniğimize başvuran adolesan bir kız çocuğunun klinik seyri ve tedavisibildirilmektedir. Bu hastaya, serbest meme grefti kullanılarak meme küçültmeameliyatı yapıldıktan sonra gelişen nüks nedeniyle subkutan mastektomi yapılmışve meme implantı yerleştirilmiştir.AnahtarKelimeler:Psödoanjiyomatözstromal hiperplazi; mamoplasti; meme İmplantları.
