Mevcut çalışmanın amacı, S. rebaudiana’nın in vitro ticari üretimi için yüksek steviosid ve rebaudiosid Aiçeriğine sahip klonların belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla, Stevia tohumları in vitrokoşullarda kültüre alınmış ve yüksek çoğaltım oranı ve yüksek steviosid verebaudiosid A içeriği gösteren klon hatları seçilmiştir.
