According to a 2010 study from the U.S.Department of Education, blended learning classes produce statistically betterresults than their face-to-face. There is also an increasing number of studentsusing smartphones and tablets in schools. Mobile devices gained popularity asan educational tool and there are many schools that use them frequently ineducational activities to improve learning. In this paper, we present thedevelopment of an application for smartphones and tablets to provide activitiesthat students can do outside the classroom or at home and increase the timethey spend learning and practicing mathematics.
