In the Secondary school education period, that is, from the 5th grade, the music teacher enters the music courses. In the primary school education process, music courses continue with classroom teacher, while students continue to be in the 5th grade of secondary school without getting the full benefits of the music course curriculum. This situation can lead to problems in obtaining the attainments of the students in the secondary school 5th grade music lesson curriculum. The purpose of this study is to reveal how the attainments in primary school 4th grade and secondary school 5th grade music lesson instruction program are realized at the level of teachers’ opinions. Descriptive scanning model was used in the study. The study group is composed of 40 classroom teachers who entered the 4th grade in Çankırı province center during the 2013-2014 academic year and 9 music teachers who entered the music courses of the 5th grade in the secondary class. Each attainment statement in primary school 4th grade and Secondary school 5th class music lesson teaching program was arranged in the form of questionnaire and applied to the course teachers. The result was that the classroom teachers were inadequate in achieving the attainments in the primary school 4th grade music course teaching program and the music teachers had problems in not attaining the 5th class music course attainments of the secodary school. </span> <br> </p>}, number={2}
