For this aim, a survey study has been conducted on all officers of the Elazığ Regional Forestry Directorate. T-test and variance analysis have been done for determining if there are differences or not between the groups. The average job satisfaction scores of the officers were compared by numbers of children, working years, age groups, education levels, task positions in the units, marital status and gender, but there was not any statistically significantdifferences. When comparing by the income groups, there was statistically significant difference. It has been found that the score of job satisfaction scale has increased when employees’ incomes (their wages) has increased. The obtained results are evaluated all, discussed and some suggestions were made for enhancing alternative solutions that can increase their job satisfaction levels. </span> </p>}, number={2}, publisher={Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam University}
