N2  - Altı aylık erkek bir dana abdominal gerginlik, iştahsızlık, depresyon ve dışkılamama anamnezi ile getirildi. Klinikmuayenede düzensiz ruminal kontraksiyonlar, abdominal gerginlik ve ağrı gözlendi. Laboratuvar bulgularında hematokritteartış, hiponatremi ve hipokloremi saptandı. Muayene bulguları doğrultusunda iç hastalıkları ana bilim dalı tarafındankesin tanı amacı ile deneysel laparotomi önerildi ve operasyon gerçekleştirildi. Bu raporda, altı aylık erkek bir danadaabomasal impaksiyon ve eş zamanlı ruminal trikobezoar ve naylon ip ingesyonunun rumenotomi ve abomasotomioperasyonları ile başarılı şekilde sağaltımı konu edilmiştir.
