Duringthe employees’ reaching their goals on themselves “demotivation” becomessignificant, which emerges from the presence of the situations creatingdissatisfaction and discontentedness. With this context, identifying thedemotivation factors of employees is important. From this point of view, inthis study, the determination of the factors demotivating civil engineers workingin Turkish private construction industry is aimed. Within this scope, data werecollected from a questionnaire prepared by being determined 69 demotivationcriteria which will influence civil engineers and from 118 civil engineersthroughout the country who are employed in private construction industry, as aresult of a literature research made comprehensively. Factors demotivatingcivil engineers are respectively determined by carrying out several statisticalanalyses to the data collected.  CR - Ritchie, S. ve Martin, P., Motivation management.
