N2  - Macroeconomic variables that economic growth, unemployment and inflation are important variables to betaken into account in assessing the general economic trend of countries. one ofthe main topic is the relationship between the variables that mentionedin theeconomic literature. Economic growth has significant effect on variables suchas consumption, production and per capitaincome. Therefore, economic growth offers awful importance. Unemploymentis important variable that effects economic growth and unveils inflation.Definition of relationship between the each other is important for policiesthat will be applied.Inthis study, relationship and direction of relationship between thevariables such as economic growth, unemployment and inflation thatbetween periods of 2003:3 – 2014:4analyzed by using Granger Causality Analysis, Regression Analysis and ADF UnitRoot Test. According to results of obtained from study, there is symetric andnegative relationship between theinflation and unemployment. 1%Changing of inflation reducesunemployment at the rate of 0.001%.If unemployment changes the rate of 1% ,inflation reduces the rate of 0.003%. 1%changing in GDP reduces unemployment at the rate of 0.003%. If unemployment changes at the rateof 1%, economic growth reduces at the rate of 0.007 % and changing at the rate of 1% that in inflation increases GDP at therate of 0.001%. JEL Codes: E01, E20, E31
