Furthermore, it aims to examine whether this perception level of the sample reveals significant differences in terms of gender, profession, age, and years of experience or not. The cross-sectional survey implementation was designed for the research. The study group consisted of 27 administrators (principals, chief deputy principals, deputy principals), 28 teachers and 177 master trainers, a total of 232 participants from the public education centers (Halk Eğitim Merkezleri) in the province of Sakarya city during fall semester of 2016-2017 academic year. ‘Key competences for lifelong learning scale’ developed by Şahin, Akbaşlı and Yanpar Yelken (2010) was used to collect the data. Regarding gender, there are not any significant differences between female and male with respect to levels of the dimensions.
