Aquestionnaire with 54 questions was used apart from demographic variables totest the model. These questionnaires were distributed to employees working infour and five-star hotel businesses in the provinces in the SoutheasternAnatolia region of Turkey, and 492 questionnaires were used for the analysis.The data obtained in the research were evaluated with the help of SPSS 18.0 statisticalpackage program using various statistical methods and test techniques(frequency distribution, t-test, Anova and correlation) in accordance with thepurpose of the research. The significance level was accepted as 0.05. As aresult of the analyses performed, the relationships between job satisfactionand the dimensions of organizational commitment were examined, and it wasdetermined that affective commitment and normative commitment had a positivelinear relationship with employee satisfaction and a negative linearrelationship with continuance commitment.
