N2  - The purpose of the study is to measure the level of job satisfaction of vvorkers who work in the break lining factory. Data  were collected by a self-reported questionnaire from 96 vvorkers of total 225, and analysed using the statistical softvvare  SPSS version 7.5. The job satisfaction scores' mean of the job satisfaction index was found 3.37 ± 0.59 (minumum 2.07  and maximum 4,67). The analysis of one way variance revealed that job satisfaction was associated vvith team vvorking  and feeling valued, managerial and collegial support, job related indepedence and initiative, vvorkload, expecting to  change their current company.
