The details of this method are well-described. However, complications are not uncommon. Although redundancy is one of the rarest complications, when it occurs its treatment raises great difficulties to both patient and physician. There is no consensus about treatment procedure. The safest method in order not to meet with these difficulties is to avoid procedures which may cause redundancy during operation. A redundancy case occurring in a patient in our clinic was reported.
