It is generally observed in pelvic vissera. Extrapelvic involvement of endometriosis is unusual. In our case, we reviewed the surgical approach of a patient who had been admitted to the gynecology unit with cyclic pain at the site of a cesarean scar for 3 years. Pathological examination after excision was reported as endometriosis. Nowadays, through the increasing number of cesarean operations we will all encounter these kind of endometriosis cases more and more in our daily practice.
