Nowadays, adifferent approach, the econophysic method and the laws that constitute thebases of physics, will be valid in the economy. Urban competitiveness index wasestablished by considering the parameters that are important for urbancompetitiveness. However, it is seen that urban population density among theseparameters is not effective in urban economy and accordingly urbancompetitiveness index. In this study, it was aimed to eliminate the uncertaintyand imbalance of urban competitiveness indexes created by the econophysic approachand by using statistical physics method, which is one of the theories ofeconophysic, tangible results were obtained for future periods in the urbaneconomy. This study shows that the uncertainty and the diminution of theimbalance in the economy of the cities will be stronger than other cities. CR - Arouri, M. H., Youssef, A.B., Viet, C., & Soucat, A.
