In that case, signal of the user that is closer to the base station causes that far user communicates with errors. This situation is called as Near-Far problem. To prevent this situation, open or closed loop power control system is used to make each user signal equals in the input of the base station. In the open loop control, transmitter power is adjusted by evaluating the received base station power at the mobile user. This type of control is not sensitive. In the closed loop control, base station predicts the power level of the user and sends the power control signal to the user to assure its power in the desired level. Power prediction and power control have been performed with various methods such as classical, fuzzy and neural network in the literature. In this study, papers in the literature on power prediction and control with beter results respect to classical methods by using neural network are examined and results were evaluated. <br> </p> <p align="justify"> <br> </p>}, number={1}, publisher={Kirikkale University}
