However, undesirable results are happening at information sharing despite of technological developments. In addition to information sharing related problems stocks get accumulated due to variaotions in demand. If “bull-whip effect (BWE)” is not measured and preventive actions are not employed properly the stock pools that are created as a result of bull-whip effcet can play vital roles for companies. A two echelon Supply Chain is designed as a multi-echelon Supply Chain System is run with PID, ENKENB (also known as s-S or Minimum Maximum model), and EOQ to generate order quantitities that are used for calculation of BWE variables. The values generated will also provide information to better understand how Supply Chain system is performing. A BWE value is calculated for each of the PID, Min-Max and EOQ models. Bull-whip values will at the same time be used to compare the performances of these different stock control methods. PID has generated a BWE value close to EOQ and ENKENB methods that can be evaluated asa successfull although this was its early use as a stock control method. The research is considered to be important for mid and big scale companies since it can constitute a useful platform for new research areas and has characteristics to provide a vision for business managers.

}, number={1}, publisher={Kirikkale University}
