This study aims to investigate theeffect of sub-dimensionsof organizational justice perceptions on thesub-dimensions of organizational citizenship perceptions in the hospitalsector. It will then try to explain how managers' decisions and practices arereflected to hospital staff.Study analyzes were conducted at theindividual level. The study was conducted with 346 health workers whovolunteered to fill the Likert type questionnaire in three hospitals. Moorman'sorganizational justice scale was used to measure Organizational JusticePerception, and the scale developed by Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman and Fetterwas used to measure Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The aim of this studyis to reveal the relationship between the perceptions of organizational justice(OJP) and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) of the health care workerswith the model created in the framework of the aims and assumptions of theresearch. Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis were usedto test the developed model. In research findings, it was seen that theperception of organizational justice of health workers affected organizationalcitizenship behavior. From the sub-dimensions of organizational justiceperception, it has been understood that procedural justice is the strongestinfluential factor in organizational citizenship perception. It has beendetermined that the justice of interaction in health care workers affectsconsciousness and courtesy behaviors positively and distribution justice has anegative relation. It is thought that health managers arerequired to support the sense of organizational justice in health workerspositively, for to strengthen institutional peace and order.
