In this purpose, the fundamental elements of curriculum which are objectives, content, teaching/learning process and evaulation process were taken as criterion. This research is a qualitative study which has been designed by phenomenology. 8 teachers working at a high school located in the Merkez County of the Elazığ in the 2013-2014 school year were included in the study. The semi-structured interview form prepared for the participant teachers is the data collection means of this research. Majority of the teachers suggested opinions about program attainments with the level of the students, about program content provides the opportunity to benefit technology. For the teaching-learning dimension of the program, it was mainly stated by the teachers that the practice of the activities was struggle. Teachers, again, suggested physical inabilities on the assessment and evaluation dimension of the program. To apply an effective program teachers stressed that the lack of program updates. Additionally, teachers stated that this course is a perfectly prepared program in the paper; however they have difficulty in the practice because the course is selective, the teachers are from different branches, and also the students have different perspectives of the course.
