N2  - Between the European Union and the United States of America ( USA) is formed High-Level Working Group of "Final Report" of the two economies has begun addressing trade and investment relations to deal with the proposal of a comprehensive 'U.S. - EU Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). This agreement has planned of the EU and the U.S to nearly half of the world's gross national product, and constitutes one third of global trade flows. In this study will be presented the U.S. - EU Free Trade Agreement with Turkey trade distortion will occur against the risk of reaching a threat for the functioning of the Customs Union.
