N2  - Abstract: Gallbladderparaganglioma is a very rare neoplasm, until now a few cases have beenreported. While some of these cases were asymptomatic, some were admitted tothe hospital with abdominal pain. A 79-year-old female patient with right upperquadrant pain was referred to our clinic for acute cholecystitis. Radiologicimaging revealed a mass lesion in the gallbladder. Cholesystectomy operationwas performed. Pathologic diagnosis was reported as paraganglioma of thegallbladder.
