This work was carried out on a UHT line where a foodoperation was filled with liquid. The line containing the A3 SPEED SLIMmachine, which produces 200 ml of plain and flavored milk packs in the UHT unitas an automatic production line, was analyzed. The operations on the line makedifferent automatic machines. Failure downtimes and failure frequencies of themachines vary. Varying of breakdown and repair maintenance periods affectsystem efficiency. The most appropriate level of production speed, level ofstock quantity and efficiency have been analyzed.
