There is usually a shift-based working system in the workplaces of these personnel. In this study, it was aimed that the security officers working at Kırıkkale University prepare daily shifts in a fair and balanced way. The working conditions of the permanent male, contracted male and female security officers are taken from different angles. The goal programming method was used to solve the problem.
