The sample group consisted of 260 volunteer customers. Customer Satisfaction Survey, developed by Alexandris and Palialia (1999), adapted to Turkish by Kutlu (2006) for the health and fitness participant, was used to collect data. The survey has 24 items and 5 subdimensions, and it is 5-likert type. SPSS 15.0 was used to analyze data. Descriptive methods (Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) were used. Independent t test and ANOVA were used to analyze hypothesis.
