AB  - Anamnez, hastaların tanısında en az fizik muayene kadarönemlidir. İnmeli hastaların yaklaşık olarak %35’inde görülen klonus bulgusuerken dönemde ortaya çıkabilir.Olgumuzda araç kullanamama yakınması ile kliniğimize başvuran, fizikmuayenesinde aşil klonus tespiti ile akut inme tanısı konulan 53 yaşında erkekhastayı sunduk.

N2  - Anamnesis is as important as physicalexamination in the diagnosis of patients. Clonus finding may occur inapproximately 35% of stroke patiens in early period. We presented a 53-year-old male with achill clonus onphysical examination and diagnosed as an acute stroke.
