Methodology - In thisstudy, we reached to the employees of the participant bank with a questionnairewhich totally includes 46 item about organizational culture, knowledge sharingand demographic characteristics. The questionnaire we reevaluated and 124healthy questionnaires were obtained. In the analysis of the data obtained fromthe questionnaire, a structural equality model was developed to show therelations of organizational culture types on knowledge sharing depending ontheir demographic characteristics. Findings - Findingsgatheredfromresearchwererevealedthatclanandhierarchyculturefromorganizationalculturetypeshavea significant effect on tacit knowledge sharing ,also adhocracy and marketculture from organizational culture type shave a significant effect on explicitknowledge sharing. Conclusion - As a result of the study, it is revealed that if tacitknowledge is highly important for an organization , they should create clan orhierarchy culture in their organizations.
