Socialization thought to be at work when the majority of people who have similar interests and abilities they want to establish close relationships with other employees is inevitable. Organizational socialization process involves interaction between the organization and working with the main purpose to adapt to their jobs and businesses is to provide specialization in. Socialization as a result of dedicated employees are working for the organization by demonstrating organizational commitment. In studies conducted in the summer before a direct relationship with organizational socialization workplace romance is not mentioned and the mediating effect of organizational commitment in a relationship such as that found in this study is intended to demonstrate the mediating effect.
