N2  - Job satisfaction is one of the most popular subjects in todays world. Located in Aksaray University and Çukurova University lecturers' job satisfaction by examining demographic factors that influence both comparisons were made for two universities.This study is the first study of comparison two universities in the means of faculties job satisfaction levels. And also this is the first study in Aksaray University. Therefore this study is unique and very important for the preparation of appropriate policies. Survey method used in this study and survey conducted in March 2013- April 2013. 179 people from Aksaray University, 189 people from Çukurova University join this survey. According to results; in both universities job satisfaction is no statistically significant difference in sex, statu, marital status and working year, but there is a statistically significant difference between job satisfaction and  age only in Aksaray University.
