N2  - In the modern world the acceleration of the integration processes are the features of the new world order. In particular, to expand economic integration between some countries, is the precaution taken against globalization. In this context, strengthening all aspects of relations with CIS countries for the interests of the members is important. These formations can be listed as; CIS, CSTO, Eurasian Union, SFS and BRICS. On the other side within the framwork of the BRİCS it should have a say in the international arena by developing new strategi and completes one by one steps towards becoming a global power. At first, Russia started the integration project, similar to the European Economic Union, with Kazakhstan and Belarus. Then Russia intend to expand this project by co-opting Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Armenia. Thus Russia aims to establish Euroasian İdentity insted of the Soviet İdentity in the Soviet basin. İn this way Russia will become the leading actor in the region with this newly formed image. On the other hand in the İnternational area, with in the framework of BRİCS, aims to develop much more strong strategies towards their goals.
