N2  - Outsourcing should be a good strategy for firms for both reducing costs and competitiveness. However, a wrong decision when using outsource should makes unfavourable results. Firms have to give the right decision when selecting outsources and have to cooperate with proper service provider. Thus, each factor that effects the decision making and altenatives have to be evaluated well enough. In this paper, selection of photography services as outsource for a hotel business problem has been examined. The weight and interrelation of factors are determined by DEMATEL (The Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) method. Then, choice from alternatives are made by VIKOR (VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method.
