In the study based on this concept prosumer womens who product natural food working life and usage of social media in Kartepe region were examined and it was revealed that the content of the production and consumption practices in social media. In this study qualitative research and content analysis methods which have two different method and perspective were used together. Prosumer womens working life and social media usage was examined in depth with semi-structured questionnaire and their production and consumption practices were revealed via Facebook account between 05/01/2015- 05/15/2015. Consequently, it was seen that women who mostly defined within the home because of gender patterns realize herself in the same area over the role of food production. Prosumer women prepare food with fruits and vegetables which grow in their garden for themselves and/or their families and they increase production with people demand in time were determined. These women involved in the production process with practical, get involved in consuming process through consuming this practice own or share via social media to consume someone else. Thus, prosumer women, both contribute to development of prosumer culture and support the consumer culture, product their natural foods.
