One of them is related to running a large part of these factors are organizational commitment. In short, organizational commitment is expressed as the link between employee and organization. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational performance. Employees with high levels of organizational commitment increase the success of the organization. In this context, the purpose of the research is to discuss the importance of organizational commitment in business life. For this purpose, focused on the importance of work life organizational commitment after giving information about the concept of organizational commitment, the type of organizational commitment, the factors affecting organizational commitment and results of organizational commitment.
