By the help of the designed device, a signal is produced to determine the ultrasonic wave packets in 1 MHz frequency in the treatment. The treatment deep can be arranged. Apply depth of micro the massage of 10Hz–200Hz pulse packets and the duty period of pulse packages which determine the massage's intensity, so as to control microcontroller has been regulated. According to shape of the cure, duty period value of these signals continuous mode and pulsed mode has been regulated % 1- %100 between.
