N2  - In this study, a software program with a graphical user interface prepared with an object-oriented programming language is introduced, which aims to speed up the finding process for the diseases’ codes from the international codes of diseases database for physicians. The purpose of this software is to input all possible data regarding known symptoms into the system by a physician. The system is to list for the physician the probabilities of various disease codes based on the entered data and hence, code finding process will be speeded up and the percentage of true codes recorded in the databases will increase
