Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemini bir üniversitehastanesinde çalışan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 220 hemşire oluşturdu.Ön test-son test tek gruplu yarı deneysel olarak yapılan araştırmanın verileri06-08 Şubat 2017 tarihleri arasında anket formu kullanılarak rehber hemşirekursundan önce ve sonra toplandı. Araştırmanın verileri sayı, yüzde, ortalamave standart sapma, Mcnemar testleri ile analiz edildi.Bulgular: Hemşirelerin rehber hemşireningörevlerine dair görüşleri incelendiğinde, “uygulamada eğitimci sorumluluğunuüstlenmek” (p<0.001) ve “öğrencinin başarısını değerlendirmek için gereklikanıtları sağlamak” (p<0.001) görüşleri ile; hemşirelerin rehber hemşireninrol davranışlarına dair görüşleri incelendiğinde ise, “öğrencilerin psikomotorbecerileri geliştirmesini sağlama” (p<0.001), “öğrenciye ismiyle hitap etme”(p<0.001), “danışmanlık yaparken baskıcı tutum göstermeme” (p<0.001),“performansı nasıl geliştireceği hakkında öğrenci ile görüşme” (p<0.001),“eleştirel düşünme ve konuları derinlemesine araştırmaya yardım etme” (p<0.001)görüşleri, eğitim sonrasında eğitim öncesine göre önemli birşekilde pozitif yönde değiştiği belirlendi. Sonuç: Bu bulgular, hemşirelere verilen kursunhemşirelerin rehber hemşirelik hakkındaki görüşlerini olumlu yönde etkilediğinigöstermektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Hemşire; rehber hemşire; hemşirelikeğitimiABSTRACTEffects of Mentoring Course on TheOpinions of The Nurses on MentorAim: This study was conducted to assess the effect of the guide nursingcourse on the opinions of nurses about guide nursing.Materials and Methods:The sample of the study was 221 nurseswho worked in a university hospital and agreed to participate in the research.Data from the pre-test and post-test single-group semi-experimental study werecollected before and after the guide nursing course using the questionnaireform between 06-08 February 2017. The number, percentage, mean and standarddeviation of the study were analyzed with McNemar tests.Results: When the opinions of the nurses on the duties of the guide nurse wereexamined, it was stated that "undertaking the responsibility of theeducator in practice" (p<0.001) and "providing necessary evidencesto evaluate the student's success" (p<0.001) opinions were found tochange significantly in the positive direction after the training compared tobefore the training.
