Human capital isone of the most important aspects, which increases performance. In this study,the influence of human capital on organizational performance is examined. Thestudy was conducted between November 2016 and January 2017 in privatehealthcare organizations operating in Istanbul. The sample includes themanagers working in healthcare organizations. According to the findings, it isfounded that there is a positive but low correlation between human capital andorganizational performance. Similarly, according to the managers, human capitalinfluences organizational performance in a positive way, however itsaffect is relatively low. Depending on these results, it is concluded thatmanagers’ awareness related to human capital is not sufficient, and increasingthese awareness in further studies is recommended.
