N2  - The training of school administrators is still a current issue in Turkey. While some researchers have addressed in a variety of solutions to the school administrators’ training process problems, some researchers have offered alternative model proposals for solving these problems. The aim of this study is to investigate and evaluate these model proposals offered in domestic literature. The study was conducted as a literature review. 14 domestic studies were investigated and descriptive analysis of these studies was performed in the context of various criteria. Actually it is seen that these criteria were need to be corrected issues or to be added shortcomings of the school administrators training programs.
