N2  - After World War II Turkey, signed the United Nations Declaration on February 27, 1945 who, want to get next to western bourgeois democracies. Turkey is among the founding members of the United Nations whose efforts was not enough the effect of external political pressure in the military, political and economic orientations began to shape this direction. Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi has established some legal structures about veterinary medicine between 1946 – 1950. The legislation was published in the Official Gazette after the rule of DP which issued in Demokrat Parti’s opposition. Thus, the principle of the principle of continuity in the state continued
