The General Information Form, The Scale of Sullivan Children’s Emotional Intelligence, Sullivan Brief Empathy Scale for Children and The Evaluating Scale of Children’s Emotional Intelligence for Sullivan Teachers have been used to collect data as a tool for the study. The Psychosocial Development-Based Education Program which has been prepared by the researcher has been administered to thechildren in the experimental group three times in a week throughout two weeks. As the results are being interpreted as the level of significance of 0.05 has been used. At the result of research, it was determined that the area of Psychosocial Development-Based Education Program is a significant difference in children’s emotional intelligence in the experimental group (p <0.05).
